7 bunk rooms providing an additional 52 beds, 7 en suite bathrooms, an internal recreation facility of approximately 200sqm, and a day shelter comprised of more than 85sqm of covered external space as well as male and female shower and toilet facilities, were all crafted at our Brooklyn facility, trucked to site and installed ready-for-use 2 weeks later.

Our brief was to create spaces that worked in sympathy with both the existing structures and the surrounding bushland. Sustainable design features were fundamental to our design and have resulted in a group accommodation and conference facility that is warm in the winter, cool in the summer and minimal in operating costs.

Significant design consideration was given to the flow of users with informal internal and external gathering spaces included in our design to ensure a facility that not only looked good, but was truly fit for purpose.
