Black Lines Architecture Photography Exhibition
Photography and architecture come together in the new Black Lines exhibition on show now at Sydney’s Black Eye Gallery.
The exhibition features a selection of Australia and New Zealand’s leading fine art and commercial architectural photographers.
Moving beyond highly polished images, Black Lines is a collection of photographs that approach the subject from a different angle – casting buildings and places often considered banal in a new light.
One of our favourites is Chris Round’s photograph of the recently-demolished glass pyramid at Sydney’s Royal Botanic Gardens. The muted palette heightens the airiness of the abandoned glasshouse.
This exhibition is on until the 3rd April.
