RESIDENTIAL PRICING

Starting at $750,000 (+GST), our bespoke residential projects are as unique as the individuals who inhabit them. For new builds or knockdown rebuilds, our base modular price is $4,000 to $5,500 per m² (+GST). Upgrades, logistics, site works and permits are additional as they vary from project to project.

COMMERCIAL PRICING

Commercial project costs vary depending on typology, size, complexity, and location. For a custom quote, please contact our team directly.

Price Breakdown

The total cost of your project is made up of the following categories:

Permits & Consultants

As a one-stop-shop, we can coordinate all permits and consultants that may be required for your project – including site surveys and planning permits and planning consultants.

Module Price

The cost of your building will vary depending on project size, design and scale of individual modules. Our base price covers all standard specifications so that you can move in right away.

Upgrades

We offer design enhancements beyond our standard specs, such as specialty finishes, cladding, appliances and regulatory upgrades for coastal or bushfire (BAL) compliance.

Logistics

We take care of transporting your modules from our factory to your site. Our costs vary depending on the location of your site, traffic management and the crane used to position your modules.

Site Works

Before your modules arrive, we ready your site with demolition, cutting, filling, and footing installation. We also connect your utilities such as electricity, water and plumbing.
