Project Specifications

319m² of learning areas, small group rooms, deck.

The school consists of three learning areas supported by small group rooms and a deck that extends teaching and breakout opportunities beyond the classroom walls. The layout is designed to encourage flexibility and collaboration, with the deck extending lines of sight to support passive supervision – remaining practical and durable for everyday school use.

Delivered using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), the six prefabricated modules were built in a controlled factory environment, ensuring precision, quality control and reduced on-site disruption. Our design and delivery approach enables efficient programme delivery across all learning spaces.

Feature red panels are expressed across key areas of the façade, introducing rhythm, depth and a strong visual identity to the building. Their placement is deliberate, breaking down scale while creating moments of emphasis that feel welcoming.

The result is a durable, purposeful environment that aligns with MACS‘ vision for Catholic education, demonstrating our experience and capability in delivering high-quality school facilities and our commitment to supporting future projects across the sector.
