The design is a proven starting point. Every project is tailored to its site, planning context, client requirements and state-specific compliance requirements including fire, structural, acoustic and energy performance.
Adaptable Design
M+M Mid-Rise Apartments & Accommodation is a cost-efficient, fast-to-build volumetric timber solution designed for buildings up to 5 storeys. For buildings that need to go higher, a hybrid timber and steel structure extends the system to 8 storeys while maintaining the efficiency of the core design.
The design is created around our DfMA (Design for Manufacture & Assembly) optimisation and industrial platform, providing a proven foundation for efficient delivery.
Compliance across fire, structure, acoustics and energy performance is integrated into the design from the start.
