Our Design Process

Your bespoke home journey begins with understanding your vision through site visits, conversations, and initial design concepts that respond to your needs and landscape.

You’ll work closely with our in-house architects and interior designers to refine every detail, from architectural plans to interior finishes, before securing planning approval and finalising a fixed-price contract. Your home is then manufactured in our controlled factory environment over approximately 12 weeks, then delivered and installed on site – typically in a single day.
