We’re currently delivering 122 homes across 45 sites throughout Queensland for QBuild – all manufactured and delivered from our Archerfield facility on a 25-day manufacturing cycle. From regional communities to fast-growing precincts, each home is produced in a controlled environment before being transported and installed with precision.
What industrialised construction at scale enables is multiple sites progressing in parallel, consistent quality across every module, and program certainty.
Goondi Hill
Goondi Hill, one of the first locations in Far North Queensland.
20 modules are being installed here. Each home was manufactured offsite before making the journey north and installed in a community that needed them.
Blackall
Captured alongside the town’s signage and familiar streetscape, complete with community photos that tell Blackall’s story, this install reflects more than progress on site. It represents homes being delivered into regional communities with strong local identity as part of a multi-site delivery program across 45 locations throughout Queensland.
