Located within the Sydney Metro area, this social housing project represents a significant residential development initiative under the Homes NSW Medium Density Housing Program, aimed at addressing Sydney’s housing supply through efficient, design-led modular construction. The program includes the delivery of 20 dual-occupancy homes across 10 development sites, strategically positioned to provide high-quality, medium-density housing within established urban communities.
Leveraging Modscape + Modbotics‘ modular construction and advanced manufacturing, each home is prefabricated in a controlled factory environment to ensure precision, quality, and efficiency. The project is delivered as a full design and construct (D&C) turnkey solution, including all site works to streamline delivery and minimise on-site disruption.
Collectively, the project supports Homes NSW’s broader goal of delivering more social and affordable housing, creating well-designed homes that respond to local context, provide lasting value, and contribute to Sydney’s growing need for diverse, accessible housing options.
