QBuild Social Housing

Modscape + Modbotics has been awarded three Queensland Government social housing packages – delivering 122 homes across Queensland.

Working alongside Anna O’Gorman Architects, this program will deliver a mix of single-level and two-level dwellings – all manufactured and installed in under 60 weeks.

All components will be manufactured using our advanced manufacturing powered by Modbotics, ensuring efficient assembly, high quality and minal waste – helping to meet the urgent demand for housing in Queensland.
