We’re thrilled to have been awarded in both Residential and Healthcare categories at prefabAUS’ Smart Building Industry Awards 2024.

The awards event showcased an impressive range of modular projects from across Australia, highlighting the exciting innovation that’s steadily reshaping the construction landscape, ultimately leading to better social and environmental outcomes for our built environment.

With modular construction currently accounting for an estimated 3-5% of Australia’s built environment, the awards underscore the critical role of innovation in achieving sustainable, high-quality outcomes across various sectors.

As we celebrate these achievements, our focus remains on driving the evolution of prefabricated construction, continually innovating and refining our approach to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients and the communities we serve.

Residential Prefabricated Building Over $750k

Our Bronte Beach project was honoured with the award for Residential Prefabricated Building Over $750k, a category that celebrates premium residential homes that are at least 90% prefabricated.

Nestled in one of Sydney’s most iconic beachside suburbs, this home is a testament to the possibilities of prefabricated construction. The project seamlessly blends luxurious living with sustainable design, featuring a highly customised layout that maximises the stunning ocean views while providing a comfortable, energy-efficient environment.

This award acknowledges the meticulous planning and design that went into creating a home that not only complements its breathtaking surroundings but also stands as a benchmark in modern prefabricated residential architecture

Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation Facilities
2024 Winner
Prefabricated Building in Healthcare

Modscape was selected as a modular provider to deliver new residential rehabilitation facilites across regional Victoria. Partnering with Victorian Health Building Authority, Vincent Crisp Architects and SENSUM, the rollout was part of a $52.1 million investment to support the Barwon, Hume, and Gippsland regions with specialist services for an additional 900 Victorians each year.

The facilities in Barwon, Wangaratta, and Traralgon were completed to a high quality in almost half the time compared to traditional methods.

Winning this award underscores the significant advantages of modular construction in overcoming the unique challenges faced by remote communities, delivering sustainable, cost-effective, and efficient building solutions.
