Modscape + Modbotics was engaged under a supply-only arrangement to manufacture and deliver 1,008 volumetric timber modules to site for the Cairns Social and Affordable Housing Project in Woree, Cairns — Queensland's largest social and affordable housing development, comprising 16 separate buildings.

Modscape + Modbotics’ scope covers the manufacture and delivery to site of all modules — manufactured to meet cyclone standards applicable to the Cairns region. All modules are manufactured to client and project specifications, as determined by the project’s consulting team.
Each module is inspected and certified as compliant before departure. Modules are again inspected on arrival to site by both Modscape + Modbotics and head contractor, FCC Construction. All modules delivered to site for this project have met compliance.
Under this supply-only contract, responsibility for installation, temporary weather protection, and permanent roofing rests with the head contractor, FCC Construction.
