We’re proud to celebrate our three wins at prefabAUS Smart Building Industry Awards 2025, recognised in the Residential, Education, and Hospitality categories.

The Modscape + Modbotics team—Brooke Flatley, Robbie Claase, and Brendan Farquhar—were all smiles at the Smart Building Industry Awards 2025 last week as we celebrated three big wins. Behind every project are the people who make it happen. From design through to delivery, our team is driving modular innovation and shaping the future of construction.

As we celebrate these wins, our focus remains on pushing modular construction forward—continuously innovating and refining our approach to design and delivery to deliver the best outcomes for our clients and communities. We’re proud to play a role in advancing the industry and setting new benchmarks for what’s possible in modular design.
