Sleeping up to 14 people, the Merricks Beach modular home offers a brilliant combination of zoned living and accommodation spaces. With three double bedrooms plus a further bedroom with space for two bunk beds, the main house provides plenty of accommodation for adults and guests. Additional to this is a 45sqm rumpus room that includes a further two built-in bunk beds. The rumpus room stands separate from the main house, however is linked via a series of tiered decks, providing a perfect getaway for children.

The kitchen has been cleverly designed to open onto both the open plan living/dining area as well as the enclosed courtyard via a servery window. The kitchen can also be hidden from the main living/dining area by using the sliding door between these two areas. A Chiminee Philippe fireplace is situated centrally to provide winter warmth and ambience, while highlight windows above the full-height doors and windows allow for a consistent level of natural light throughout the day.

The garage, clad in the same pacific teak as the rest of the house, opens directly into the central decked courtyard, allowing easy access to come and go.
